As part of our commitment to Turbo-Charged Service, we offer free returns of new/unused parts within 30 days of delivery, on all domestic US shipments (within the 50 US states). Contact our customer service team by phone (888-800-9629) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to receive a return authorization number and complimentary return label. Returns are typically processed in 3-5 business days, however, it may take your credit card company up to 10 days to post the credit to your account.
You are welcome to submit a return request for up to a year after order delivery. You will be responsible for handling the return shipping and any associated cost. We strongly recommend using a shipping carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. We will not assume liability of the package until it is received. If the return is lost or damaged in transit, you will be responsible for pursuing a claim with the carrier.
All parts must be returned in the condition originally received. Parts that have been opened, unsealed, plugged-in/installed, or "used" in any manner are not returnable, unless there is a valid warranty issue. All returns are subject to inspection. Credit will not be issued for any parts that, in our opinion, have been opened, used, installed, handled, packaged, or shipped improperly by the customer. We cannot accept returns on any item that has missing parts, hardware or instructions. We cannot accept returns on any part that has been damaged due to incorrect installation. Special order and discontinued parts are not returnable.
International customers, and those located in US territories are welcome to submit a return request for up to one year after order delivery. You will be responsible for handling the return shipping and any associated cost. Any delivery, customs, duties, or brokerage fees billed to us will be passed on to you and deducted from the return amount.
If you would like a different part, arrange to return the part you do not want, and place a new order for the part you need. This is the fastest way to obtain a new part, and ensures a smooth return process.
We fully back the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty information can be viewed in the "Specs" tab on a parts detail page. If you feel you have a valid warranty claim, contact our customer service team to discuss initiating a return. Parts that were damaged due to incorrect installation are not covered under a warranty. Parts used for racing or competition are warranted against manufacturing defects only, and are not warranted for longevity, wear or breakage.
